They start with 3D-printed molds to quickly change and explore footwear shapes, allowing for fast, same day design iteration.
// Thermoforming
They heat and form plastic sheets over the 3D-printed molds to create the tooling, using 100% recyclable plastic that can be recycled and reused for new designs.
// Injection
Then they inject the material (liquids, pastes, and gels) into the tooling mold to create the final tooling.
